We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your reservation at any time for certain reasons, including but not limited to: availability of free rooms, errors in the service description or pricing, errors in your reservation or other reasons.
The conditions for canceling a reservation are individual and we will provide you with the details upon request.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction.
A pet is allowed in the hotel, the maximum weight of which should not exceed 5 kg.
Quiet hours are defined in the hotel, namely from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., during which no noise is allowed.
4. Order cancellation/refund/reimbursement
4.1 The user pays 100% of the total cost of the reservation at the time of booking.
4.2 When the guest is unable to arrive, the reservation can be canceled no later than 7 days before the date of entry into the hotel. Refund/reimbursement of the full cost of the reservation is made within 48 hours of cancellation. Otherwise, the amount remains with the hotel.
5. Composition/Content
Any visual and textual material on our website is the property of castlehotel or has permission to use it. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, download, copy or use said content in whole or in part for personal commercial purposes or without prior written permission.
6. Prohibited Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms.
7. Analytics
We may use third party services to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
8. Accounts
When you create an account on our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete and current at all times. Incorrect, incomplete or outdated information may result in immediate cancellation of your account.
